Every year, Game Developers Conference is held in San Francisco. And as a hobbyist game developer, I’m always interested. But it’s like $250 – $2100 to attend and as a hobbyist game developer, I don’t make nearly enough to justify spending that kind of money on it.
Fortunately, the parties are free so I’m going to try to make my way to the Touch Arcade party tonight. I’ll be riding in from East Bay, so I’ll probably look something like this (but without the baby). If you’re there, stop by and say hi! I’ll show you Starfield 3D, my app that Apple rejected. I still have some hopes for it, though. =)
